Meal Planning - May 2 - 6

Here is my menu plan for the week.

Monday - Pan Seared Tilapia w/ Lemon Dill Sauce, salad and rice pilaf
Tuesday - Italian Chicken Tenders w/ salad and garlic butter noodles
Wednesday - Pan Fried Pork Chops w/ corn and Pasta-Roni
Thursday - Tacos w/ rice and beans - Taco Tuesday was moved to Thursday for Cinco de Mayo!
Friday - Chicken Fried Steak w/ Country Gravy, green beans and mashed potatoes
